1. Data controller

The data controller is Giulio Salvador (Team Salvador), a financial advisor authorised for off-premises offering on behalf of Allianz Bank Financial Advisors.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to respond to your requests and to run the website:

• Contact data you provide voluntarily through the contact form, email or phone: full name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. You choose to contact us first: we process this data to get back to you and follow up on your request.
• Browsing data collected in aggregated, statistical form via analytics tools (see the Cookie section), such as pages visited, visit duration and device type.

We do not collect special categories of data (e.g. health data) and we do not process minors' data.

5. How we store and protect data

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a relationship begins, for its duration and within the terms required by law. Data collected for statistical purposes is kept in aggregated form. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

6. Sharing and transfer of data

Your data is neither disclosed nor sold. It may be processed by providers that support us in delivering the service (e.g. Google for analytics services), appointed as data processors where applicable. Some providers may involve a transfer of data to third countries: in that case the transfer takes place in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights

At any time you may exercise the rights granted by articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

• access to your data and rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure («right to be forgotten») and restriction of processing;
• objection to processing and data portability;
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
